“Are you pet friendly?”

Yes! Both locations are pet friendly and we love to see your furry friends. Please
know the café dining area is off limits to pets.

Our Store Hours are as follows:

Vineland location –
Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 6:30pm
Saturday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Closed on Sundays

St. Catharines location –
Monday – Saturday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

We have ground level entry into our facility.

Yes! We actually take care of that for you. Our staff will connect with the funeral home and arrange the flowers to be placed before the family arrives.

We delivery across the Niagara Region from Hamilton to Fort Erie. We will accommodate bereavement orders in further areas, please call us to inquire.

You will receive an email confirmation that our designers have received your order. Once the order has been successfully delivered, another email will be sent to let you know!

Did you get an order confirmation number? If you did not, then your order did not go through. Wait a few minutes for an e-mail confirmation to make sure, then re-enter your order. If you are having difficulty, give us a call and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Our products are continuously updated on a daily basis. We take great care in ensuring the overall look, feel and colour palette remain the same.

Our drivers will tag the door with a delivery notice. We leave a message asking the recipient to return our call and arrange a new delivery time on the phone number that was provided when the order was placed. We do re-deliver complimentary to ensure the flowers are properly received. When the weather is in our favour, the driver may leave the flowers by the front door in the shade for the recipient to receive once home.

We have enjoyed nurturing your plant up to this point. The Watering Can takes great pride in the health and maintenance of all our plants. We are passing the torch to you, trusting that you will continue to give it the care it requires for continued success.

All plants have specific watering, light and temperature needs. We welcome any questions or concerns you may have in keeping our plant in optimum health. Please email

Replacements or store credits will only be issued within 10 days of the original date of purchase. A receipt will be required as proof of purchase as well as the plant itself. Excluded are “Specials” and “Final Sale” items.

Both locations remain closed on Sundays. Our staff enjoys a well deserved break after a long work week.
